Hilfe zur eos m Kamera

Hey.

hey i need a little help My grandmother has a Canon EOS M camera and asked me for help. In all manual modes (m , tv, av...) your camera always takes 3 pictures with a very slow shutter speed. In automatic mode, it works normally. I just couldn't find a setting to turn it off or anything like that. Adjusting the shutter speed didn't seem to fix it. Am I missing something or is the camera broken in some way?
It sounds like your grandmother's Canon EOS M camera is likely set to the "Continuous Shooting" mode in the manual modes (M, Tv, Av, etc.), which is causing it to capture multiple pictures with a slow shutter speed when the shutter button is pressed. This is a normal behavior for the camera in this mode.
To resolve this issue and return to normal single-shot shooting in manual modes, you can follow these steps:
  1. Turn on the camera and switch it to one of the manual shooting modes (M, Tv, or Av).
  2. Check the camera's settings screen or display for the shooting mode. It should display the letter "S" with multiple squares around it, indicating the Continuous Shooting mode.
  3. Look for a button on the camera body labeled "Drive" or "DR" (it might have a square icon with multiple overlapping squares). Press this button to access the Drive mode settings.
  4. Using the camera's navigation buttons or touch screen, select the single-shot or "Single" shooting mode. This should disable the continuous shooting and return the camera to capturing only one picture at a time in manual modes.
  5. Exit the menu and try taking a photo in manual mode. The camera should now take only a single picture with the selected settings.
If you've followed these steps and the camera still takes multiple pictures in manual modes, there might be an issue with the camera's settings or the button itself. In that case, you can try resetting the camera to its factory default settings, which should resolve any accidental settings issues. Check the camera's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
If the problem persists even after a factory reset, there might be a technical issue with the camera, and it would be best to contact Canon's customer support or take the camera to an authorized service center for inspection and repair.
