Endung wieder sofortiger Absturz. Werde die Software wohl wieder runterschmeißen.
Danke. Ich frag mal bei Radiant nach.Canon M50 MK ii
In most cases, if your computer can open a file with its default image viewer or provide a preview at the OS level, Radiant Photo can open it. Here are a few things to help.
Make sure your computer is up to date
macOS | Be sure to open your System Preferences and launch Software Update from time to time.
Windows | Here’s an article on how to check for updates to Windows – https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-windows. Please note there are different instructions for Windows 10 and 11.
Keep your format support up to date
*macOS *| If you can right-click on the file and open the image into the Preview app on your computer, Radiant Photos should be able to as well. We rely on macOS as a method for opening files. You can check this detailed list here – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212821
Windows | If you’re on Windows 10 or 11 and need more raw support, be sure to install this free Microsoft add-on. Just visit https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/raw-image-extension/9NCTDW2W1BH8. You can then easily open images at the OS level for additional formats and save 16-bit TIFF files as needed for Radiant Photo.
Also per "Datei öffnen" probiert.
Work with DNG files
The DNG format is a format for raw camera images. The Digital Negative (DNG) format stores uncompressed data. Several cameras capture DNG files directly, and many applications can create them.
Install the Free Adobe DNG Converter
This versatile utility is free and can easily convert your images to DNG files which Radiant Photo can easily open. This method is very reliable.
Download for free here – https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html
Try DxO Pure Raw
Looking for a robust DNG converter that can create DNGs with lens correction and noise reduction? DxO PureRaw works quite well and can easily hand off its files to Radiant Photo.
You can download a trial version or purchase here – https://www.dxo.com/dxo-pureraw/
